Dr. Eviatar is the Director of Aesthetic Medicine and Surgery at OMNI Aesthetic MD. A researcher, board-certified clinician, key opinion leader for pharmacy and device companies, and recognized expert with multiple cosmetic devices, Dr. Eviatar has performed thousands of surgical procedures for facial reconstruction and cosmetic purposes like blepharoplasties. He specializes in non-surgical alternatives to improve one’s appearance using tools such as Radiesse, BOTOX, Restylane, Sculptra, Kybella, and cosmetic devices such as ThermiTight. He was a lead investigator for the two FDA clinical trials using Radiesse and Sculptra for facial enhancement in patients with HIV-associated lipodystrophy and multiple other research endeavors. Because of his expertise in cosmetic medicine, he is a select member of the National Education Faculty, Board Certified by the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS) and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. He is also a physician trainer and a clinical investigator for Thermi Aesthetics, Galderma, Kythera, Allergan (the makers of BOTOX and other injectable fillers like Juvederm), and Merz (the creators of the leading cosmetic neurotoxins and facial fillers: Xeomin, Belotero, and Radiesse). Dr. Eviatar received his medical degree from NYU Medical Center, served as Chief Resident in Ophthalmology at NYU Medical Center, and completed his fellowship in Ophthalmic Plastic, Cosmetic, Orbital and Reconstructive Surgery at Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital in New York City. He is also an attending physician at New York Eye and Ear Infirmary and the Director of Oculoplastics at SUNY School of Optometry.
